Mixed green lettuce tossed in a cucumber, garlic and yoghurt dressing, with tomato, feta, onions and olives.

Layered ripe tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, olive oil and basil pesto.  

Smoked Salmon Salad

With baby spinach leaves, cucumber ribbons, red onion, soft feta,capers and a lemon & dill dressing.

Caesar Salad

Crisp lettuce tossed in a real home-made caesar dressing, with bacon, lemon juice, croutons, anchovy and parmesan. Topped with a poached egg

Add chicken strips for more meatiness.

Pulled Pork on Nachos

Crisp Mexican nachos with guacamole, cream cheese, slow cooked leg of pork, jalapeno chilli, and grilled cheddar cheese

Roast Beef Open Sandwich

On home-made bread with sweet onion gherkins and grilled cheese

Chickpea, Coriander & Beetroot on roast aubergine slices topped with onion marmalade, rocket and avocado. Served with a choice of chips or salad
